Model Overview
A compact, traditionally wide keeled fish built for instant speed and playful surfing in small-to-average waves.
The flat, foam-forward outline helps the board generate speed quickly, while the shorter rail line keeps it lively in the pocket and able to turn on a dime. It can be pushed hard through both backhand and forehand turns, holding reliably on the rail without unexpectedly sliding out.
Best suited to playful conditions from small surf through to solid four-foot waves.
Stevie’s Notes
This is my staple board for California, and I keep the original in the place it was made for.
It’s one of the most insane boards I’ve ever surfed. This little disc flies. It looks good, feels good and has instant top speed - it’s ready to go at full pace from the moment you get to your feet.
It’s traditionally wide, with the flatter section and foam built to climb over weaker parts of the wave. It’s amazing in the pocket, can turn on a dime and holds on the rail as hard as you can push it, both backhand and forehand.
Whether you’re surfing heel-side or toe-side, it’s incredibly reliable with no unexpected slide. For small-to-average waves, up to a solid four foot, this board is hard to beat.
